Down to Houston

We had a great visit down in Houston last weekend... minus the stomach bug we all managed to pick up (but that didn't affect us until we made it back home).

We saw the Art Car Parade, which is a parade of cars that are completely transformed into different things .... Tyler loved seeing all the cars.



Here is one of the cars from the parade ... completely covered in beads. There were lots more that were more extravagant, but we didn't get any other good car pictures.








The big hit was the pool at Mimi's apartment. Tyler loved swimming. And, this was Ryan's first time in the pool. Saturday night after swimming all afternoon Tyler sleep from 7:15pm to 8:30am. I told Galyn we need to get a pool.
